Project & Program Management · Operations · Commercial Growth

I turn complexity into systems that scale.

I lead cross-functional programs from ambiguity through implementation—aligning stakeholders, managing risk and dependencies, balancing capacity, building operating systems, and turning execution into measurable operational and commercial outcomes.

Six stories. Six different kinds of complexity.

Each case study shows a different dimension of program leadership—from operating models and launches to commercial growth, experimentation, AI adoption, and AI-driven process transformation.

About

My career started in media.
The work became operational.

My career started in digital media, but the work expanded into project and program management, commercial operations, and business development: launching products, redesigning workflows, building partnerships, coordinating engineering and revenue teams, managing budgets and capacity, resolving risk, and building operating systems.

I’ve worked across engineering, SEO, sales, commerce, design, executives, agencies, partners, full-time teams, and large freelance organizations. My strength is creating structure around complicated work—then keeping everyone aligned long enough to deliver.

How I Work

Structure first.
Then execution.

Complex work becomes manageable when the operating model is clear. Scroll through the five stages.

01

Discover

Clarify the business problem, gather requirements, define stakeholders, identify constraints, and establish measurable outcomes.

02

Plan

Define scope, workstreams, milestones, resources, capacity, risks, dependencies, delivery model, and reporting cadence.

03

Align

Create shared understanding, clarify ownership, establish governance and decision paths, and surface tradeoffs early.

04

Deliver

Track progress, manage risk and dependencies, control change, resolve blockers, communicate status, and adapt the plan.

05

Measure

Track outcomes, capture lessons learned, document repeatable processes, and improve the operating model.

Credentials

Formalizing the discipline behind the work.

Hands-on operating experience, complemented by project, product, business analysis, data, finance, and AI coursework.
